We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at a charming hotel in a lovely location. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the sea stretching out before us. The breakfast served on the terrace was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel staff were friendly and always available to help. Despite a few minor issues, such as a temperamental shower and limited TV channels, the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always taking care of our every need with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a fantastic sea view from our private balcony. We loved starting our day by taking our mini homemade breakfast to our terrace and enjoying the warm sun. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, situated between two towns and with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to explore the entire island. The basic amenities provided were great and the wifi was reliable. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing we found to be lacking or in need of improvement.

Had air-conditioned room, great breakfasts, you guys rock!
Worth its 3 stars. Came in Casamicciola Terme to relax and have fun, this hotel was great base for doing it. Glad to have television and a writing table in the room. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

During our visit to the island in October, we stayed at a hotel located in the central and lush area close to picturesque Lacco Ameno and Ischia Porto. Our room had a view right on the seaside which was amazing. The hotel had helpful staff and offered perfectly clean rooms with everything we needed. We enjoyed a meal experience with their delicious specialties. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee, pastries and fruit. We also appreciated the close proximity to the bus stops which allowed us to move around the island with ease.
The hotel lacked an English TV channel which would have enhanced our in-room downtime.

The managing team is fantastic. They have been very helpful and nice. Gemma is a family run hotel not a big chain hotel so you feel at home ! There is a nice swimming pool with thermal water so for the day where you feel doing nothing you can just relax by the pool and enjoy the nice weather.
The breakfast buffet could be a bit more local products oriented and a small frigde in the room would be nice.

We loved this hotel. I stayed here with my wife and two daughters ages 7 and 17 years. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like their only customers. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the resturaunt was excellent. The hotel was close to a bus stop and it was easy to get around the island. We have been traveling for five weeks and the service we received at Gemma was by far the best. Bob and Cheryl

The hotel had a stunning sea view from the room's large terrace, and the location was perfect for exploring the island. We were able to easily catch the bus from the stop outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made us feel at home. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was more than enough with fresh produce.
The hotel was not very close to any convenience store or restaurants outside of the hotel. , we had a small issue with the hot water, but the staff was quick to resolve it.

Great family run hotel, very helpful. Can recommend the 2 day bus pass to hop on & off right round the Island which the hotel sells. Rooms are big either overlooking the pool or the ocean.

The hotel was located near public transportation, which was convenient. The swimming pool was nice, and we enjoyed being able to relax by it. the continental breakfast served in the morning was a nice touch and helped get our days off to a good start.
The room was run-down and looked like it needed some updating. We also noticed that some amenities that we expected to be included were not, such as a kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, personable, and helpful! They were a joy to be around. Also, the views from the solarium and from the room were breathtaking (view of the sea and mountains on the island). The pool was very relaxing and heated by thermal water. Room was sizable, and the bathroom was very clean. Absolutely loved this place - will be back shortly.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to beautiful thermal parks, a shop across the road, and near a delicious restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities including the pool and jacuzzi were top-notch. We had no trouble finding parking, and transportation to other parts of the island was easy. The staff was the best part of our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was tasty and filling.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great location - marvelous seaviews, easy access around the whole island with public transportation - bus stop, 100m from hotel, lovely swimming pool with thermal water, huge terrace and roof top with amazing views.Very pleasant owner, good tips on Ischia. Internet access in public areas, would be great to have it in the room as well. Stayed only 1 night, but wished to stay longer.
